The Joondalup Business Centre (JBC) is Western Australia's newest purpose built small business facility. Our foundation members are, the Joondalup Business Association, Edith Cowan University and the City of Joondalup. We are committed to providing great facilities and management support. If you are a small business, looking for affordable office space, look no further. We offer a variety of lease options from an hourly rate through to two years.

The JBC is focused on nurturing and growing successful businesses and offering services to meet the needs of our clients' businesses.

MISSION STATEMENT

To assist in the formation and development of new and sustainable small businesses through the provision of business centre facilities and ancillary services in the Cities of Joondalup and Wanneroo.
